Regulation 11 Payments by Secretary of State

The functions that the Commission may exercise under regulation 10(1) are prescribed as functions for the purposes of paragraph 18(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Act (prescribed functions in respect of the performance of which the Secretary of State may make annual payments to the Commission under paragraph 18(1)(a) of that Schedule).
