# The Appointments Commission Regulations 2006, Regulation 2: Membership of the Commission


(1) For the purposes of paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the prescribed number of non-executive members is five.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph 2(d) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the prescribed number of executive members is four.
