Regulation 4 Fees for issuing or supplying a copy of an apprenticeship certificate
(1)
The Secretary of State may charge a fee for issuing an apprenticeship certificate or supplying a copy of it.
(2)
The fee for issuing an apprenticeship certificate must not exceed £25.
(3)
The fee for supplying a copy of an apprenticeship certificate must not exceed £30.
