  "long_title": "These Regulations make provision for circumstances where a person has not entered into an apprenticeship agreement but is working under alternative working arrangements, by specifying the alternative Welsh completion conditions which will entitle them to receive an apprenticeship certificate. They apply in cases where a person works as a self employed person; and where a person has been dismissed by reason of redundancy, so that that person can complete the apprenticeship within 6 months of the date of the redundancy.",
