# The Apprenticeships (Alternative Welsh Completion Conditions) Regulations 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5) and 262(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 make the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 262(10) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
