# The Apprenticeships (Alternative Welsh Completion Conditions) Regulations 2013, Regulation 3: The alternative Welsh completion conditions


The conditions are that—
(a) a person (“X”) works as a self-employed person in connection with a recognised Welsh apprenticeship framework; and
(b) X meets the requirements specified in that framework for the purpose of the issue of an apprenticeship certificate.
