  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Apprenticeships (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2017 (S.I 2017/1310). Regulation 2 of these Regulations amends regulation 5 to change the minimum duration of the practical period of an approved English apprenticeship agreement from 12 months to 8 months and regulation 6 to change the minimum duration of the period during which the person is expected to work and receive training under alternative English apprenticeship arrangements, from 12 months to 8 months.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
