# Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, Section A2D8: Reviews of approval of technical education qualifications


(1) The Secretary of State must maintain arrangements for reviewing approved technical education qualifications ... with a view to determining, for each qualification, whether—
(a) it should continue to be approved,
(b) it should be revised, or
(c) approval should be withdrawn.
