# Appropriation Act 2009, Paragraph 10


The increase of the resources authorised for use in respect of Request for Resources 1 of the Ministry of Justice Estimate comprises—
(a) supplementary resources totalling £1,300,252,000, and
(b) a reduction of £1,104,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions to The National Archives (see also Note 12).
