# Appropriation Act 2009, Paragraph 15


The reduction of the resources authorised for use in respect of Request for Resources 1 of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Estimate comprises—
(a) supplementary resources totalling £37,021,000, and
(b) a reduction of £1,907,642,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions to the Department of Energy and Climate Change (see also Note 37).
