  "text": "The increase of the sums authorised for issue out of the Consolidated Fund in respect of the Department for Work and Pensions Estimate comprises—\n(a) supplementary sums totalling of £3,692,927,000,\n(b) an increase of £10,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (see also Note 18),and\n(c) an increase of £475,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions from the Cabinet Office (see also Note 33).",
