# Appropriation Act 2009, Paragraph 35


(1) The modification set out in the Table on the limit set on the resources applicable as operating appropriations in aid in respect of Request for Resources 1 of the Security and Intelligence Agencies Estimate comprises—
(a) an increase of £10,811,000, and
(b) a subsequent reduction of the limit of £2,701,000.
