  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland of a further sum for the year ending 31st March 1990 and appropriates that sum for a specified service in Northern Ireland. It also authorises the application of a further sum as an appropriation in aid. In addition, the Order repeals certain spent enactments.",
