  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 15th March 2000\nComing into operation 15th March 2000\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of March 2000\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the 2000 c. 1.Northern Ireland Act 2000 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
