Article 14 Admissions and discharges
Where a resident absconds from the hostel the manager shall immediately notify—
(a)
the supervising probation officer, if the resident was on probation; or
(b)
the relevant court, the police and any probation officer assigned to the resident’s case, if the resident was on bail.
