# The Arable Area Payments (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 11: Amendment of the principal Regulations


In Schedule 3 (requirements in relation to land set aside for the provision of specified raw materials), in paragraph 2(b)(ii), for the words “the Water (Prevention of Pollution) (Code of Practice) (Scotland) Order 1992”, there shall be substituted “the Water (Prevention of Pollution) (Code of Practice) (Scotland) Order 1997”.
