  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1998/3169 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nAGRICULTURE\nMade 7th January 1999\nLaid before Parliament 13th January 1999\nComing into force 15th January 1999\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and the Secretary of State, being Ministers designated for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 2 of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, acting jointly in the exercise of the powers conferred on them by that subsection, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:",
