Regulation 3 Production regions

For the purposes of Article 3 of Council Regulation 1765/92, the production regions in Great Britain shall be—

(a)

England;

(b)

land in Wales which is included in the list of less-favoured farming areas adopted by the Council of the European Communities under Article 2(2) of Council Directive 75/268/EEC^f1 on mountain and hill farming in less-favoured areas, which list is contained in Council Directive 84/169/EEC^f2, as amended by Commission Decision 91/25/EEC^f3 made as provided by Article 2(3) of Council Directive 75/268/EEC as amended by Council Directive 80/666/EEC^f4;

(c)

all other land in Wales;

(d)

land in Scotland which is included in the list described in paragraph (b) above; and

(e)

all other land in Scotland.
