# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1994, Paragraph 2: Cultivation of the Set-Aside Land and Replacement of the Green Cover


A farmer shall not carry out any preparation for sowing a crop on the set-aside land prior to the end of the set-aside period, except in accordance with paragraph 3 below.
