  "text": "A farmer shall either—\n(a) destroy the green cover by cultivation of or by application of herbicide to the set-aside land at the latest by the 31st August within the set-aside period; or\n(b) cut the green cover to an average length of not more than 10 centimeters at least once between 15th July and 15th August prior to the end of the set-aside period.",
