# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1995, Regulation 4: Calculation of projected regional reference amount


For the purposes of Article 5(1)(c) of Council Regulation 1765/92, the projected regional reference amount shall be calculated by comparing the oilseeds yield for each production region with the average oilseeds yield for the Community of 2.36 tonnes per hectare.
