# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1995, Paragraph 12: Cultivation of the set-aside land and replacement of the green cover


A farmer shall neither sow nor carry out any preparation for sowing a crop on the set-aside land prior to the end of the set-aside period, except in accordance with paragraph 13 below.
