# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1995, Paragraph 21: Application of fertilisers, waste and lime to the set-aside land


A farmer may apply feritliser with a total nitrogen content of not more than 30 kilograms per hectare to any agricultural parcel of land managed in accordance with paragraph 7(1) above, in any calendar year in which a new green cover is being established in accordance with paragraph 7(1)(b) or (c) above.
