# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1995, Paragraph 32: The application of organic waste


A farmer may apply organic waste to an agricultural parcel of environmental set-aside land where that waste was created as a result of the maintenance of a tree, hedge, stream or ditch on or immediately adjoining that agricultural parcel.
