# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1996, Regulation 4: Calculation of projected regional reference amount


For the purposes of Article 5(1)(c) of Council Regulation 1765/92, the projected regional reference amount shall be calculated by comparing the oilseeds yield for each production region (as specified in regulation 3(1)) with the average oilseeds yield for the Community of 2.36 tonnes per hectare.
