# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1996, Paragraph 10: Application of conditions to all set-aside land


The provisions in paragraphs 11 to 21 of this Schedule shall apply to all set-aside land managed by a farmer in accordance with any of the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 9 above.
