# The Arable Area Payments Regulations 1996, Paragraph 25: The application of organic waste and lime


(1) A farmer may apply organic waste to an agricultural parcel of environmental set-aside land where that waste was created as a result of the maintenance of a tree, hedge, stream or ditch on or immediately adjoining that agricultural parcel.
(2) A farmer may apply lime to environmental transferred set-aside land where the land is to be cropped in the following scheme year.
