# The Arbitral Appointments Referee (Scotland) Order 2010, Introduction: Introductory text

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
