Paragraph 16

The Transport Act 1962 is amended as follows.

In section 74(6)(f) (proceedings before referees in pension disputes), for the words “the Arbitration Act 1950” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.

In section 81(7) (proceedings before referees in compensation disputes), for the words “the Arbitration Act 1950” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.

In Schedule 7, Part IV (pensions), in paragraph 17(5) for the words “the Arbitration Act 1950” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.
