# Arbitration Act 1996, Paragraph 33


In section 130 of the Patents Act 1977 (interpretation), in subsection (8) (exclusion of Arbitration Act) for “The Arbitration Act 1950” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.
