# Arbitration Act 1996, Paragraph 42


In section 47(3) of the Housing Act 1985 (agreement as to determination of matters relating to service charges) for “section 32 of the Arbitration Act 1950” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.
