# Arbitration Act 1996, Paragraph 8


In section 67 of the Patents Act 1949 (proceedings as to infringement of pre-1978 patents referred to comptroller), for “The Arbitration Acts 1889 to 1934” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”.
