It had been intended to declare that country in the Arbitration (Foreign Awards) Order 1989 but that Order misdescribed it as “Antigua and Barbados” and Barbados itself is not a party to the Convention. Accordingly, the 1989 Order is amended by deleting the reference in the Schedule to Antigua and Barbados.",
