# The Arbitration (Foreign Awards) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text


ARBITRATION
Made 12th May 1993
Coming into force 3rd June 1993
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of May 1993
Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred on Her by section 7(2) and (3) of the Arbitration Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to declare, and it is hereby declared, as follows:
