  "text": "The Outer House may dismiss the tribunal if satisfied on the application by a party that substantial injustice has been or will be caused to that party because the tribunal has failed to conduct the arbitration in accordance with—\n(a) the arbitration agreement,\n(b) these rules (in so far as they apply), or\n(c) any other agreement by the parties relating to conduct of the arbitration.",
