# Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010, Paragraph 55


Before making an award, the tribunal—
(a) may send a draft of its proposed award to the parties, and
(b) if it does so, must consider any representations from the parties about the draft which the tribunal receives by such time as it specifies.
