  "text": "“Arbitration expenses” means—\n(a) the arbitrators' fees and expenses for which the parties are liable under rule 60,\n(b) any expenses incurred by the tribunal when conducting the arbitration for which the parties are liable under rule 60,\n(c) the parties' legal and other expenses, and\n(d) the fees and expenses of—\n(i) any arbitral appointments referee, and\n(ii) any other third party to whom the parties give powers in relation to the arbitration,\nfor which the parties are liable under rule 60.",
