  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1997 Act” means the Architects Act 1997 ;\n“the 2015 Regulations” means the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2015;\n“the Register” means the Register of Architects maintained under section 3 of the 1997 Act;\n“the relevant date” means the date on which these Regulations come into force.",
