# The Architects Act 1997 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 39


Section 4A (registration in Part 1 of the Register: European qualifications) of the 1997 Act has effect as if—
(a) in subsection (1)(e) “other” were omitted;
(b) in subsection (2)(b) “other” were omitted; and
(c) in subsection (2)(c) for “another” there were substituted “a”.
