  "text": "Architects\nMade 7th January 2014\nLaid before Parliament 13th January 2014\nComing into force 10th February 2014\nThe Secretary of State, is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the recognition of higher-education diplomas, formal qualifications or experience in the occupation, required for the pursuit of professions or occupations.\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and by paragraph 24 of Schedule 1 to the Architects Act 1997 and after consultation with the Architects Registration Board and such other persons or bodies as the Secretary of State thinks fit, the Secretary of State makes the following Order:",
