Laid before Parliament 30th August 2018
Coming into force 7th January 2019
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 24 of Schedule 1 to the Architects Act 1997, and having consulted in accordance with that paragraph with the Architects Registration Board and such other persons as he considered fit, makes the following Order:
