# Architects Act 1997, Section 25: Interpretation.

(1) In this Act—
“the Board” means the Architects Registration Board;

“prescribed” means prescribed by rules made by the Board and “prescribe” means prescribe by rules;

“registered person” means a person whose name is in the Register;
“the Registrar” means the Registrar of Architects;
”regulator recognition agreement” has the meaning given by section 4 of the Professional Qualification Act 2022
