  "heading": "Quorum of the Professional Conduct Committee",
  "text": "(1) Paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows.\n(2) For sub-paragraph (1), substitute—\n“(1) Subject to sub-paragraphs (1A) and (2), the quorum of the Professional Conduct Committee shall be one person nominated by the President of the Law Society; and any two persons from one or more of the following categories—\n(a) the elected members of the Board;\n(b) the appointed members of the Board;\n(c) the persons appointed by the Board.\n(1A) The Committee shall not, however, be quorate unless there are present—\n(a) a member of the Committee who is a registered person; and\n(b) a member of the Committee who is neither a registered person nor a person nominated by the President of the Law Society.”\n(3) In paragraph (2), at the beginning insert, “In addition,”.",
