# The Architects (Professional Conduct Committee) Amendment Order 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends paragraphs 13 and 15 of Schedule 1 to the Architects Act 1997 by changing the membership of the Professional Conduct Committee and the rules as to quorum. A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument, as it has no impact on the costs of businesses, charities or voluntary bodies.
