  "text": "If it appears to the Board to be desirable that any school of architecture, not being a school specified in the foregoing provisions of this Schedule, should be represented on the Board, then, subject as hereinafter provided, the Board may nominate for membership thereof one person recommended to it by the governing body of that school, and upon the name of any person duly nominated as aforesaid being submitted to the Council in the prescribed manner, the Council shall appoint that person to be a member of the Board:\nProvided that the number of members appointed under this paragraph shall not at any time exceed the prescribed number.",
