  "text": "(1) Any notice or document required by or for the purposes of this Act to be served may be sent by post, and when sent to any registered person shall be deemed to be properly addressed if addressed to him at his address in the Register.\n(2) Any notice relating to the refusal to register any person, or required to be served by section 6C(2), 7(4)(a), 7ZA(3) or 7A(3), shall be sent by post as a registered letter.",
