# The Argyll and Bute Council (Pilotage Powers) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Argyll and Bute Council (Pilotage Powers) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st March 2007.
(2) In this Order, “the harbour of Campbeltown” means the area described in section 38 (limits of the harbour of Campbeltown) of the Campbeltown Harbour and Burgh Act 1846.
