  "text": "Subject to article 3 of this Order, the following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 1991 (the Act) shall come into force on 1st January 1992–\nsections 2 to 16;\nsection 24(1), (2), (4) and (5);\nsection 26(1);\nsection 26(2) insofar as it relates to the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order.",
