  "text": "(1) Nothing in article 2 of this Order insofar as it relates to section 6 of the Act shall affect any reception order made on or before 31st December 1991.\n(2) Paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 of the Act shall not have effect in relation to an offence committed on or before 31st December 1991.\n(3) Paragraph 8 of Schedule 2 to the Act shall not have effect where an application for leave to appeal is lodged on or before 31st December 1991.",
