  "text": "Subject to article 3 of this Order, the following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 1991 shall come into force on 1st June 1996—\nsections 17 to 23;\nsection 24(3);\nsection 26(2) and Schedule 3 insofar as they relate to the provisions specified in the Schedule to this Order.",
